October Vitality Weeks with Laura Daglish

Hello everyone and I hope you are well and enjoying October and the start of Autumn.

Once a month I will be launching an online, week long Vitality week. These monthly Vitality weeks include a 7 day online Pilates and Vitality boosting programme, including Pilates workouts, relaxation scripts, and a healthy eating, energising and vitality plan, gearing you towards making healthier choices. Every month has a new seasonal theme along with new routines and relaxation scripts to develop your Pilates, mind and body even further each month.

The second group is going to run from Monday 14th October 2013 to Sunday 20th October 2013. The shop will open on Friday 11th October 2013 at 9.30am for you to join the online group and get all the information you need to get you ready for Monday. The shop closes on Monday 14th October 2013 at 8pm. "Thanks for everything Laura it's been such a good week. I reached all of my goals. I slept better, have more energy, worked out everyday with the short videos. My stomach is so much flatter and I feel like I am fighting the virus I was getting.
