4 Week Online Mindfulness Course with Laura Daglish

 

A 4 week course to add Mindfulness you to your daily routine.

​

The course discusses how to incorporate Mindfulness into your daily life, with a mix of theory and practical. You will be learning everyday exercises and techniques that can help you be more present, reduce stress, improve focus and enhance overall well-being.

 

This takes place in a private group in Facebook. The link to the group will be sent to you before the course starts. The course dates Wednesday 10th,17th, 24th April and 1st May 2024, 8-9pm running for four consecutive weeks - £40.

 

The course is live, but a recording will be available to watch over if you are not free on a particular week. The course includes a one to one check in each Sunday to help keep up your practice.

Vitality Weeks with Laura 

 

Once every season I will be launching an online, week long Vitality week. These Vitality weeks include a 7 day online Pilates and Vitality boosting programme, including Pilates workouts, relaxation scripts, and a healthy eating, energising and vitality plan, gearing you towards making healthier choices. Every week has a new seasonal theme along with new routines and relaxation scripts to develop your Pilates, mind and body even further each month.

 

 

The next group will be running MONDAY 15TH - SUNDAY 21ST APRIL 2024.  The group will open on the Friday before the group starts for you to  get all the information you need to get you ready to start on the Monday.

About the classes: 

 

 

If you like Pilates but would like to experience a modern, upbeat version, then Fitness Pilates is for you.  Fitness Pilates is a modern group exercise class designed to enhance your posture, strength, balance and stability. The 45 minute class works through a flow sequence of 20 moves, each being performed for 1 minute with 15 seconds recovery/stretch taken before the next move begins. This class ends with stretches, mobility and stranding breath work. The hour class works through a full Pilates flow and ends with a longer, deeper stretch and mat based relaxation.

 

Yoga/Fitness Pilates Mix is an energising class, working through a flow sequence of 24 exercises, each move being performed for 1 minute then 30 seconds recovery/stretch is taken before the next move begins.

 

Based upon the teachings of Joseph Pilates, mixing classical, functional and standing key moves and principles, this effective blend of the exercises offers modifications and updated exercises to provide a controlled body conditioning class to upbeat chill out music. So come along and develop your muscle tone, increase your flexibility and help reduce stress in this modern class for all levels and abilities.
