HAPPY FEBRUARY EVERYONE!!!....I hope you are all feeling great as we head into this month of LOVE! Below are some great ways to love your mind and body...

Whats on this month:

Monday's - Fitness Pilates at Lancaster Methodist Church - 7.30pm-8.30pm - £5.50 (Reminder - No Class MONDAY 13th Feb- Half Term Holidays - Classes return on MONDAY 20th Feb)

Wednesday's - Yoga and Fitness Pilates Mix at Harpers Mill - Unit 8-4-3, First Floor (the building next to the adult college, White Cross, Lancaster) 6.15-7pm - £5.50 (Reminder - No Class Wednesday 15th Feb - Half Term Holidays - Classes return on WEDNESDAY 22nd Feb)


Saturday 4th February The Pilates and Confidence Boosting Practical Workshop - 10-11.30am - at Lancaster Methodist Church

 

A 45 minute class followed by a 45 minute workshop looking at Pilates technique, come along to improve your Pilates practice - £14 


Personal Training With Laura - Personal training programmes, including exercise, mind and body coaching, nutrition and confidence building, individually designed for you to help you achieve your goals. Personal training is available at your home or outdoors.
£35 per first hour consultation
£32.50 per hour training session

Relaxation CD with Laura Daglish I am so excited to bring you my first relaxation CD, with 8 different tracks, leaving you feeling amazing and chilled, just like at the end of a class but in your own home - £10
