Valentines - Love yourself Guide

This is a great idea to do especially in February when Valentines day is upon us. Write a list of all the things you love about life and yourself and the ones you love, put it up somewhere you can see and you can start to action the points NOW!!! ...Big Love Everyone!! Valentines Shaped 2 Ingredients Pancakes Eggs Bananas Whisk the eggs Mash the bananas then whisk together with the eggs Heat a little oil in the pan Pour into heart shape moulds in the pan and leave to set for a few moments then remove and cook, or cook the pancakes then cut at the end into shapes...serve with strawberries, honey, yoghurt...lovely!!!
