Monday's - Fitness Pilates at Lancaster Methodist Church - 7.30m-8.30pm - NO CLASS MONDAY18th & 25th AUGUST...Classes start back on MONDAY 1st SEPTEMBER
Wednesday's - Pilates at Quaker Meeting House, Lancaster - 6pm-7pm - NO CLASS WEDNESDAY 20th & 27th AUGUST...Classes start back on WEDNESDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER
Wednesday's - KS Fitness Pilates at Lancaster Methodist Church 7.30pm-8.15pm - NEW CLASS - Kick Start Fitness Pilates in an exhilarating High Intensity Interval Training 45 minute class. Working through a Fitness Pilates flow sequence of 24 exercises, mixing classical, functional and standing Fitness Pilates key moves and principles in a class that is bang on trend. Each move is performed for 1 minute then 30 seconds recovery/stretch is taken before the next move begins. This is a really exciting new class and I cannot wait to see you all there!!! Classes start on WEDNESDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER
Saturday 2nd August- Pilates Workshop - Theme - Pilates Practical. 10-11.30am at The Quaker Meeting House - come along and take part in a Pilates class followed by a Pilates practical workshop, in which you will learn how to improve your technique and gain a better Pilates workout when you attend the classes.
Monday 8th September - Sunday 14th September 2014- Re-Vamped Vitality Week - The new and improved "Re-Vamped Vitality Week" comes with a new and much more flexible eating plan, that allows you to eat from two lists of food, any combinations that you want throughout the whole week!!! The exercise plan focuses on moving your body and clearing your mind, which combined with the eating plan will leave you feeling re-vitalised! I am soooooo excited about this new and improved week and cannot wait for you all to be part of the group! The group opens on Friday 5th September for you to get all the information about your food and all the exercise plans for the week ahead. Recipe of the month - Guacamole
This summer I have become obsessed with guacamole.
Here are some ideas for you:
Mash up an avocado, lime juice, tomato, red onion and coriander to make the same the picutre above
Add too - a wholemeal pitta with salad
Add too - your lunch as it is great served with salads as a dip
Add too - your meal with eggs, avocados are so lovely served with eggs
Add too - your evening meal as it is great with cheese on top of a sweet potato
